1. By registering and posting on Malaysia Bird Photography Forum, you agree to abide by the Forum Rules and Regulations, both stated and unstated.

2. By posting images or messages on Malaysia Bird Photography Forum you give forum owners and maintainers the permission to permanently store all message content and present it for public viewing.

3. Any and all images posted on Malaysia Bird Photography Forum will maintain the copyright of the photographer.

4. Content copied entirely from other websites, forums or other media must be accompanied by a link or reference to the material, along with credit given to the original author.

5. You agree to post only content that you have copyright for. Malaysia Bird Photography Forum is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files.

6. All messages express the views of the author, owners of Malaysia Bird Photography Forum will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

7. By posting on Malaysia Bird Photography Forum you agree not to post any content that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, rude, racist, disrespectful, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic or otherwise in violation of any law.

8. Do not spread political propaganda, racial vilification or religious hatred or contempt anywhere in the forums.

9. You must respect the fact that people may have a different opinion than you. If you are in conflict with another member, please use PMs for that.

10. Spamming is not tolerated, even by PM. Do not post nonconstructive or open multiple threads with similar messages.

11. It is also forbidden to post any referral links, either on the boards or in your signature.

12. Any impersonation of a user within these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.

13. Administrators and Moderators are entrusted with the ability and responsibility of removing objectionable posts. A warning may be sent out to the offending party or parties involved.

14. If the rule violations are severe, or if they continue after warnings, a user's privileges to access this forum may be suspended for any length of time, up to and including a permanent ban.

15. Personal Message (PM) between user and moderator are not to be discussed in public. Note that moderators may share moderator related PM content between other moderators.
