Group of Java

These small fella is quite hard to approach, try to get as close as I can before they were scared off, mixed with their distant cousins...... but only 1 of those came into the frame, there are still some individuals of both out of the frame.

Thanks, ya, and it is GLOBALLY VULNERABLE because outside cages, it is seriously threatened in its native regions.

haha, Kek Long Tong there got flock of 60 before!! mine is very few only, I remember the largest group I saw is like 13 or something like that only here......

They adapt well in at least a number of limestone hills in Ipoh, the population is proportionate to the size of the limestone hills, my place there the hill is tiny compared to Gunung Rapat range where Kek Look Tong is located, so the population there is definitely bigger, another big mountain with also good number in the past is Gunung Lang, but the number may have dwindle due to some development along the hillside, yet another major housing project is happening there now.
