The first day, there were 3 or 4 of these little creatures darting about the leaves of a medicinal plant.
The next day, there was only one.
This little praying mantis is only about 15 - 20 mm long.
It doesn't stay still for long, always on the lookout for tiny prey.
Here is its side profile.

Tq for comment.
Hi Wahoo
TQ for comment.
I have gone through the macro pics in this forum and admire the quality and sharpness of most of them.
Am not there yet.
Hopefully, when I get a Ring Flash, faster shutter speeds will be possible and images should be sharper.
Currently, on board flash/attached flash does give sharp images but leaves harsh shadows.
Am also trying to experiment with an umbrella (preferably white) as wind -breaker.
Perhaps the Wimberley Plamp or some home-made variant could also help to keep subjects reasonably still.
( Semua ini belum ada lagi.)
For sure, natural light macro photography in breezy conditions outdoors is a great challenge.
Overcoming the challenge is the fun part of it.
