Bird Identification HELP NEEDED

Hi, found two abandoned baby birds and would like to identify them. Please help!

Look like Zerba Dove or Spotted Dove

Spotted dove is higher chance, feed little water and some Chicken food

Yes, doves, but too young to be certain, especially that I cant estimate the size accurately in this shot, but possibly Spotted Dove if my size estimation is right?

The smaller one passed away this morning around 11am. I am sad but I think its sibling would be sadder. Here's a pic of the bigger one who has grown. I went round looking for a pet shop that sells baby bird formula as I couldn't obtain chicken feed. All the pet shops were closed. Currently using matured bird seeds which I ground and then heat it over a pan to make it "starch-like". I've transferred it into a box made out of newspaper and change it everyday so that it won't be damp. 

Would anyone be able to recommend me a place (in Petaling Jaya) where I can buy baby bird formula?

The box is too big for the bird, it may feel not save to the bird.
