Thai has 2 different kind of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. 


It's same like ours. whole body are  blue but these bird has Red on the breast.

Thai like Malaysia had 3 types of Blue Rock Thrush but this subspecies is only a rare vagrant/migrant in Malaysia.

Our typical blue resident is found in southern Thailand to Peninsular Malaysia.

A third one is hard to detect because the male looks like our resident male but their females are brown, likely rare to uncommon migrant.

Thanks Nelson & Bencyf. Yes! I would like to get it one more time on natural perch. this guy likes to perch on human structure. lol

I got some of the shot of it perching on natural rock at Yehliu but my camera cacat..... hahahahaha

This is quite a coomon bird in Kao Nyai, but to get near to take a shot is not easy. I love the colour.
