Stilt ID help please

A very old pic sitting around. I am not sure whether it is Black-winged or White-headed stilt.
Black winged is of course the usual ones we see. Help pls. Thanks.

where you got these? looks pretty much like non-breeding Black-winged but some plumage is never seen by me before, interesting.....

ah sorry forgot to put in location...this was from NE Thailand, Chaiyaphum Province. To the right of the photo is a lake. Most likely black winged but just not so sure because of the blackish nape area. Thanks Tou.
