Whiskered Tern?

Found these from old files of May. Taken on the beach in Kuching. Is this the Whiskered Tern (pic 1)? Another pic with the Little Tern in front. The one at the back looks so much bigger.

The black behind eyes is quite solid followed by a very white ear, these markings point me more to the White-winged. I will expect the Whiskered to have a more concentrated black and white stripe which proceed horizontally behind eyes all the way to the nape.

Both Whiskered and White Winged Terns are similar sized to the Little Tern. Since the Little Tern in front are in Breeding plumage thus are already adult, yet are much smaller than the one at the back. I am lost on this part too.

Little Tern should be a small species, hence the name, the Whiskered and White-winged Terns should not be as small and should be a little bigger, take note, both of these river terns have shorter squarer tailed when compared to the swallow tail of the Little Tern so you cant use measurements to directly judge the size comparison.
