Caught these two birds a few days ago, shots handheld and cropped, to share here. They were on same tree.

I have monopod, tripod and half gimbal, but they are too heavy for a 59 year old man to carry. And the birds usually fly off before I can focus. So handheld is easier.

Hand held already consider not bad... if you using tripod... believe it will be better and better
