Fungi ID required

Shot these at my current work site office.
It was growing on the grass field in the open.
It is getting full sunlight all day long.
Its size ranges 25mm to 100mm diameter.

Anyone can help with its id?

you can fly after taking it. can get closer to the bird. haha

Actually, according to wikipedia, it is harmless and can be consume when they are still young.

But I'm still not going to try it.
