where you got leh??
First one is female adult Japanese Sparrowhawk, notice yellow eye ring (good pointer to JSH, supported by single mesial stripe), then brownish back rather than grey and barred underparts points to female.
The second one is erm, definitely a Bronze Cuckoo, should be juvenile Little Bronze? provided with rather unpronounced face features....

It is my wish to get a near perfect shot of a perched Japanese sparrowhawk, good shot of a well hidden bird! They are mighty common - if I am not wrong.

yalo.... they are very common, especially on migration, but it is tough to get perch shot, dont mention perch shot, even for me the perch views and far and small, cant even see details, they are very alertive and will fly off...
