bro, what is your iso speed? too much noise there and I think you should be getting enough light for proper exposure because the bird is perching on open area...

iso 500 is still considered low, the noise shouldn't be there so obvious. you need better exposure next time..

Under exposure then bringing it up while processing will create noise, so is over sharpening. My Canon MK3 used to produce noise even at ISO 500, but now with MK 4, I can push it up to ISO 800 at least. Still, I admire the shots you have here, as I have not got one good shot of the bird myself. Have already seen this bird appearing in Bukit Tinggi.

thanks wmw998,..sharpening i done 5% was also got noise,..izzit just select part fot the eye,also can get it the effect of noise...
