ONE WEEK ONE BIRD ?

Got together with JKC on Sunday to bird in Bukit Tinggi. He left early as he did not see many birds around, I guess, but I encountered quite a number after, including the Orange-breasted Trogon and three species of Woodpecker, all within a small area. I was thrilled to see the Maroon Woodpecker again, after so long, but unfortunately, I could only managed some record shots, eventhough it was at eye level. Damn, the two idiotic, noisy super bikers were not supposed to be there at all !! In the end, I have photos of only one bird to show, in one week, the rest....in the bin !

sometimes 1 bird you got is better than all birds I get in a whole year...... hahahahaha...... quantity is important, but not as important as quality........

I don't really know how they could be allowed to take the noisy bikes all the way up to the end of the birding path ! Have to complain ! Some of these bikers are rude alright, once, one of them actually showed me middle finger when he rode into my driving lane. If I was driving something cheaper than his bike, I would deliberately crash into that idiot.
I am still pretty sore that I missed the Maroon Woodpecker because of the two idiot bikers !

The fruiting tree is no longer fruiting, so the place is going to be slightly quiet again. But the same common birds are still there.

youngsters these days are always rude. sighh... just avoid any confrontation if any, that would be better
